Board Zone makes every effort to keep our customers happy, and we stand 100% behind every product we sell. Depending on the problem, we will often replace a damaged product even when the manufacturer has determined that is not covered by the warranty.

All snowboard and skateboard equipment on this web site are covered by the manufacturer's warranties, and/or they are covered by the Board Zone warranty. In general, snowboard equipment is covered against manufacturer's defects or defects caused by normal use for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Normal wear and tear or products that have been abused are not covered under the warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranties.
