We will offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased from the Board Zone, subject to a few conditions listed below.

CONDITIONS:

1. Any item to be returned must be shipped back to Board Zone prepaid, within 30 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.
2. Any item returned must be in original condition, and unused.
3. We can not refund shipping costs.
4. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Board Zone. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a return authorization (r/a) number. Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us.
