ONLINE ENTRY:
To enter online at http://www.boardzone.com you must register by supplying your first name, last name, address, e-mail address and areas of interest. Online entrant must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account provided when entry is made. Upon entering your information select the "enter here" button to become eligible to win and you will be automatically entered into the drawing.

Legibly print your name, complete address, e-mail address (optional), zip code, daytime telephone number on a 3 inch x 5 inch piece of paper and mail to:

Requests must be received three (3) days prior to drawing. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Each entry must be mailed in a separately stamped envelope. Only winners will be notified by electronic mail, or regular postal mail. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles allowed. Board Zone is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail.

PRIZE AWARDING:
By acceptance of a prize, where lawful, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, picture, and/or sobriquet without further consideration for advertising or promotional purposes. Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful publicity release within 21 days of notification. Noncompliance, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of prize. By accepting prize, winner agrees that Board Zone, its parents, affiliates, and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are not responsible and will be held harmless by winner for any loss, injury or damage to person or property due in whole or in part directly or indirectly to possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Game is open to legal United States and Canadian residents 18 years of age and older. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Employees and directors of Board Zone, participating sponsors, information providers, sysops, gameops, software developers, content providers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) are ineligible. By participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. This drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws of the United States. Void where prohibited. Winners agree that Board Zone, its affiliates, and their agencies shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

PRIZES:
Winners will be notified by immediately via the email address provided. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return them, properly executed, within 14 days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if a prize notification is undeliverable, will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative subscriber will be randomly chosen for the prize. Any prize awarded must be claimed within thirty (30) days or an alternative subscriber entry will be selected.
